We want you to feel entirely confident in a purchase from Rukmani Exports. If a piece isn't right for you, here is exactly how returns work.

Inspection Period

Loose gemstones purchased directly (our "Direct Purchase" listings) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition for Return

• The stone or piece must be returned in the exact condition it was received, unaltered and unworn beyond brief inspection.
• All original documentation must be included — the GIA/GRS certificate, any accompanying paperwork, and original packaging.
• Loose stones that have been set into a mounting or otherwise altered at your request are final sale.

Rare & Investment-Grade Pieces (Inquiry-Based)

Stones and pieces acquired through our personal consultation process are discussed individually — the specific return terms for these will always be confirmed with you directly, in writing, before payment is finalized.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us directly through our Contact page with your order details. We will provide insured return shipping instructions. Once the piece is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Who Covers Return Shipping

For any return within the 14-day inspection period, we cover the cost of fully insured return shipping — you should never be out of pocket to return something that isn't right for you.
